FAQ
Have questions? We have answers.
Quick answers about this product, shipping and returns — everything worth knowing before it ships.
Get it nowWill it fit up my stairs or through my door?
It arrives compressed in two boxes: 44.9 x 15.3 x 16.5 in (114 x 38.9 x 41.9 cm) and 42.5 x 12.9 x 12.9 in (108 x 32.8 x 32.8 cm). Measure your tightest turn against the larger box; each piece expands once it's in the room.
Do I need to put it together?
No. Unbox, unroll, remove the inner plastic and give each piece at least 72 hours to expand fully.
How big is it once it's set up?
As an L with the ottoman it's 109.4 in (277.9 cm) wide by 70.8 in (179.8 cm) deep, with 29.5 in (74.9 cm) deep seats. Leave a piece out or split them up for a smaller footprint.
Can I change the layout later?
Yes. The two corner seats, middle seat and ottoman rearrange into an L, a long four-piece sofa, a square lounge or separate chairs.
Will the cushions go flat in a few months?
Each seat pairs a soft shredded-sponge top layer with a high-density foam base. Like any pillow-back couch, the soft top settles with use, so plump the cushions now and then.
Does this cloud couch turn into a bed?
It isn't a sofa bed. Pushed together as a square, the pieces make a deep lounge for movie nights.
