These Billing Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through nourgatehome.com and apply to all customers of Nourgate Home.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo
2. Billing and Charges
Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. By submitting an order, you authorize Nourgate Home to charge the full order amount — including applicable taxes — to your selected payment method.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If any item in your order is unavailable, you will be notified and a full refund for that item will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Nourgate Home reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to shipment. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing your order.
4. Payment Security
All transactions on nourgatehome.com are processed through Shopify Payments and are encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Your payment information is handled securely by our certified payment processors.
5. Recurring Charges
We do not currently offer subscription-based products or services. All purchases are one-time transactions unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
6. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge on your statement is incorrect, please contact us at info@nourgatehome.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve any billing discrepancies promptly and in good faith.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays in resolving your issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to appropriate authorities.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For returns and refunds after delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are processed within up to 5 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Currency
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee or currency conversion charge. Nourgate Home is not responsible for any such fees.
