Get it nowWhich size should I get?
Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail and add a few inches. L is 35.4in (up to 22.5kg), XL is 41.3in (up to 35kg) and XXL is 51.2in (up to 50kg) — if you're between sizes, go up.
Is it really waterproof?
The shell is waterproof Oxford cloth, so spills, wet fur and accidents sit on the surface rather than soaking into the filling. Wipe it down rather than soaking the whole bed.
Can I put it in the washing machine?
It isn't listed as machine washable, so clean it by hand with warm soapy water and let it air dry fully. The Oxford shell wipes down, and the middle cushion lifts out so you can get underneath it.
Is this an orthopedic or memory foam bed?
No. It's filled with soft cotton lint, not memory foam, so it's a cushioned bolster bed rather than an orthopedic one. We'd rather say so up front.
Will it slide around on hardwood?
There's a dark non-slip panel across the base that grips wood and tile, so it stays put when your dog climbs in or circles before settling.
Is the middle cushion attached?
No — the flat cushion in the centre is separate and lifts straight out, so you can clean under it or flip it over.
Will it survive a dog that digs or chews?
It isn't a chew-proof bed. The Oxford shell handles digging and circling well, but a determined chewer will get through it — supervise them at first.
