Get it nowIs it hardwired, or does it plug in?
It is hardwired — the backplate wires into a wall box, so there is no cord or plug. If there is no box where you want it, plan on a licensed electrician.
Are bulbs included?
Plan on supplying your own. It takes two standard E27 screw-in bulbs, and a warm white LED gives the softest result.
Which voltage option should I choose?
Choose 110V for North American wiring. The picker labels this choice "Size", but it sets voltage, not dimensions.
Will the plate cover my old fixture's hole?
The round plate measures 4.7 inches across. Measure your existing hole first — anything wider than that will still show.
Does it have an on/off switch?
There is no switch on the fixture itself. It runs from your wall switch, or you can use a smart bulb to control it.
Is it dimmable?
The fixture is not dimmable. A dimmable bulb on a compatible dimmer switch is the usual way around that.
How high should I mount it beside the bed?
Most people land 30 to 36 inches above the top of the mattress, so the down-facing shade drops light onto the nightstand.
