It's real glass with the pattern built from individual pieces — light passes through with the deep, warm color that plastic and printed shades can't match.
What bulb does it take?
A standard E27 screw-in holder — it works with LED, halogen, and energy-saving bulbs. A bulb is not included.
There's a waxy film on the shade — is that normal?
Yes. A thin, non-toxic wax layer protects the soldered lines of the shade in transit. Wipe gently with a dry cloth and the glass brightens right up.
How big is it? Will it crowd a small wall?
It's compact: 9.9" tall overall with a 7.9" diameter shade and an 8.7" × 4.7" wall plate — sized for stairways, hallways, and bedside walls.
Can I dim it?
Yes — with a compatible dimmer switch and a dimmable bulb (both sold separately).
Is installation complicated?
It comes with an English manual and all mounting accessories. You connect it to the wire reserved in your wall and screw in an E27 bulb — or have an electrician do it in minutes.
