Get it nowHow much does it hold — is it enough for breakfast?
It holds about 300 ml (10 oz) in total — one single-serve breakfast portion. If you're used to 16 oz mason jars, this one is smaller by design.
Will it leak in my bag?
The lid screws on, but we don't sell it as a sealed travel container. Screw the lid on fully and keep the jar upright in your bag.
Does the spoon stay with the jar?
Yes — the spoon sits upright in a clip on the side of the lid, so it travels with your breakfast.
Can it go in the dishwasher or microwave?
We recommend hand washing in warm, soapy water and warming food in a separate bowl, not in the jar. Questions about materials? Ask us before you order.

Is it one container or a set?
