Is the wood base real wood?
Yes — a solid wood disc with the grain visible. The arm and cone shade are painted metal in white or black.
Which way does the light point?
Down. The cone shade throws its light onto the surface below — a book, a nightstand, a hallway floor — rather than out into the room.
Does "2pcs" mean I get two lamps?
Yes — the 2pcs options ship two of the same lamp, and 1pc ships one. The listed dimensions are per lamp either way.
