How do I install it?
Mark the two screw positions with the included template, drill, insert wall anchors, and screw in the mounting plate. The towel arm attaches to the plate. Most installations take under 5 minutes.

Yes — use tile drill bits (not included) to drill the anchor holes. The included hardware works with tile once the holes are correctly drilled.
