Get it nowIs the disc actually stone?
Yes — the face is stone, with the porous, speckled surface you can see in the photos, and it weighs about 1 kg for a 7.9" disc. It is not a printed pattern on plastic.
Does it plug in, or does it need wiring?
It is hardwired — no plug, no cord. It connects to an existing wall box, so budget for an electrician if there is no box where you want it.
Is there a bulb to buy or replace?
No — the LED is built in and lights the wall behind the stone. Nothing to screw in, and nothing to shop for later.
Can I put it in a bathroom?
We would keep it to dry rooms. It carries no water-resistance rating, so it is not made for a shower zone or a steamy wall.
Is it dimmable?
No — it runs at one fixed warm-white level between 2700K and 3500K. Pair it with a plain on/off switch rather than a dimmer.
Will 1 kg of stone stay on the wall?
Yes — the disc sits on a bracket that fixes back to the wall box, and the weight is spread across the full 7.9" face rather than hanging off an arm.
Is it bright enough to read by?
It is a wall wash rather than a task light — lovely beside a sofa, a bed or a stairwell. For reading, add a lamp you can point at the page.
