What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer buy-now-pay-later options?

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping on every U.S. order — no minimum. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 6–9 business days, for a total of 7–11 business days from order placement.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We are working on expanding international shipping — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also view your order status anytime from your account page under Order History.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once fulfillment has begun. Reach out via our Contact page and we will do our best to help.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number appears in your order confirmation email and on your account page under Order History. You will need it if you contact our support team.

My package shows as delivered but I have not received it.

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day early. Please wait 24–48 hours and check with neighbors or building management. If your package is still missing after that, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

Yes. You can add a personalized gift note at checkout. Gift wrapping is available as an optional add-on — look for the option on the cart page when it applies to your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition in the original packaging. Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Original shipping charges will not be returned.

How do I start a return?

Email us at info@nourgatehome.com with your order number and the reason for your return and we will send you instructions. Please do not use this process for damaged or defective items — contact us directly so we can resolve it faster.

How long do refunds take?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are initiated within up to 5 business days. Banks may take a few additional days to post the credit to your statement.

Can I exchange for a different color or item?

Yes. Email us at info@nourgatehome.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability and follow the same 30-day window as returns.

How should I clean my Nourgate products?

Most products can be wiped down with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild dish soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemical cleaners, which can damage surface finishes over time.

Are Nourgate products dishwasher safe?

Dishwasher compatibility varies by product — please check the care instructions on the individual product page. As a general rule, items with wood components or matte coatings should always be hand-washed to preserve their finish.

How do I care for stainless steel products?

Rinse and dry steel products immediately after washing to prevent water spots and discoloration. For stubborn marks, a small amount of white vinegar on a soft cloth works well. Avoid steel wool or chlorine-based cleaners.

How do I care for wood products?

Hand wash only and dry immediately — do not soak or leave wood submerged in water. Periodically apply a food-safe mineral oil or beeswax to keep the wood conditioned and prevent cracking or splitting.
